After taking orders for a short period of time the order forms are mailed to our processing center. No manual tabulation or summarization is needed.

Computer printouts are prepared to provide you with all of the information needed to distribute your program and maintain financial records. Student accounting software is included on request for ease of handling money collection and deposits.

Each student's order is packaged with their original order form, a computerized collection summary and a collection envelope. All boxes are labeled to make it easy to separate classes or teams and make distribution to the students simple.

If you have selected an awards program, it is shipped with the products to allow quick distribution to the students as they turn in the money they have collected.
